The mountains have always felt like home. After building a career centered on hospitality, leadership, and creating memorable experiences, I found my way to Summit County and quickly realized this was where I wanted to build not just a career, but a life. The sense of community, the pace of mountain living, and the opportunity to help others experience everything this remarkable place has to offer made it the perfect fit.
Throughout my career — from owning and operating successful businesses to leading teams in luxury hospitality and vacation rental operations — I've been drawn to roles where relationships matter most. Managing luxury vacation homes throughout Summit County taught me what homeowners want: confidence that their property is cared for with the same attention and pride they would give it themselves, and every guest treated as part of the home's story.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me exploring the mountains with my family, discovering new trails and local favorites, or connecting with the people and places that make Summit County such an incredible community. I believe the best experiences are rooted in a strong sense of place, and I'm passionate about helping others enjoy this special corner of Colorado as much as I do.

Summit County has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I first came to the mountains as a kid and quickly fell in love with everything that makes this place special — the landscape, the outdoor lifestyle, and the close-knit community. After years of visiting, exploring, and building a connection to the area, I made Summit County home nearly a decade ago.
Before founding Tenmile Collective, I spent my career leading and growing companies — an experience that taught me how to build strong relationships, solve complex problems, and create systems that deliver consistent, dependable results.
I brought that same approach to property operations, leading the teams, processes, and systems responsible for maintaining more than one hundred mountain homes. Through that experience, I gained a deep understanding of what homeowners value most: quality work performed by people they trust, meticulous attention to detail, and knowing there is someone local who understands their home and is ready to help when needed.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me somewhere in the mountains — on skis, hiking, exploring the backcountry, or spending time in my woodworking shop. I enjoy traveling, cooking food from around the world, and learning about everything from history and nature to physics and space.

We're intentional about the relationships we build — partnering with owners who share our values to protect what they've built and create stays guests carry with them long after they leave.
Every home in the collection is licensed, insured, and cared for as if it were our own. Before a single guest arrives, we've walked the home, documented it, and built a care plan specific to it. Trust and follow-through are the standard — proven by doing what we say we'll do, every time.
